Actually, it is something that I have been considering for quite some time. I realized just how dangerous an Open House can be and have come up with a way to overcome some of those dangers. I created a website where agents and FSBOs can conduct their Open Houses over the Internet using a laptop, webcam, and wireless broadband connection. That way, they never have to worry about unscreened "buyers" showing up to the property while they are there alone. The site (once launched), will be www.openhousebroadcast.com.
